Omniture Offers 6.8M Shares
Orem, Utah-based web analytics firm Omniture has filed to sell 6.8 million shares of its common stock, according to a filing with the SEC. The offering is being managed by Morgan Stanley & Co. and Credit Suisse. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., JMP Securities LLC and Montgomery & Co., LLC will also act as co-managers of the offering. The company said in its filing that it will use the proceeds to pay for Touch Clarity, a firm it acquired in January of this year. Omniture provides web analytics services used by companies to analyze their web and e-commerce traffic.
