Denver-based Novinda, which is developing mercury removal technology used to scrub mercury from coal-fired power plants, has linked with five injection equipment companies. According to Novinda, it has linked with ADA-ES, Chemco Systems LP, Clyde Bergemann Power Group Americas, Industrial Accessories Company and Nol-Tec Systems, Inc., allof whom serve the power utility market. Novinda is a spinout of CH2M Hill, and is venture backed by New Venture Partners and Altira Group. The company said the deals will help support implementation of Novinda's mercury control technology.
