Draper, Utah-based NextPage has upgraded the firm's document management tool, NextPage 2 Document Retention. NextPage said yesterday that the new tool, which is used to enforce document retention policies on desktop computers, can automatically tracks document versions, uploads document to a central repository, and can purge documents automatically when instructed. NextPage is focused on providing document retention control on desktop computers.
