LifeLock Adds Google CFO to Board Personal identity theft protection service provider LifeLock reported Thursday that it has appointed Google executive George Reyes to its board of directors. Reyes, who becomes LifeLock's sixth board member, is currently the online search engine's senior vice president and chief financial officer. He also serves on Symantec Corp.'s board, LifeLock noted. According to MPC, it is not in compliance with Rule 1003(a)(i) of the AMEX Company Guide, which means that MPC has stockholders' equity of less than $2 million and has sustained losses from continuing operations and net losses in two of its three most recent fiscal years.
