New Tomax Tool Aims to Aid Customer Loyalty
Point-of-sale software developer Tomax Corporation has beefed up its solution suite with a new application intended to increase customer loyalty, the company revealed Monday. Called Customer Loyalty, Tomax’s latest offering is an add-on module for its Retail.net platform. The new product supports customer-specific pricing and promotions, account types, customer data collection and incentive and rewards functionality. More than a 100 branded retailers, including Trader Joe's, Coach House Gifts and Winn-Dixie, use Tomax’s software. The company is headquartered in Salt Lake City.
