Golden, Colorado-based New Global Telecom announced this morning that it has launched a new quality control initiative for its small and mid-sized business customers. The company's Network Performance Platform provides business-class VoIP service to its customers. The new product provides deployment best practices and design and configuration standardization for the firm's resellers, as well as LAN assessment, installation, and testing. NGT is a provider of wholesale hosted VoIP services.
