Napkin Labs Helps Companies Gather Facebook Fans
In a bid to make it easier for companies and brands to collect Facebook fans, Boulder's Napkin Labs has rolled out a new service this week called Fan Center. Napkin Labs, which is headed by Riley Gibson, said the new Fan Center helps brands create campaigns to capture fan-generated content, and also get a snapshot of their most influential fans and what they are saying. The firm did not detail the cost of its new product, but it did say that so far, brands like Nike have started using the product to analyze their Facebook communities. The fan center also includes gamification features like leaderboards and reward systems to help spur fans to contribute content to those fan pages.
