In what might be a slightly morbid--but seasonally appropriate--announcement this week, Kaysville, Utah-based BillionGraves, and Salt Lake City-based MyHeritage said they have partnered to deliver headstone records from BillionGraves to MyHeritage's users. BillionGraves is building a big database of headstone records, aiming at the genealogy market. BillionGraves said that so far, it has nearly 6 million heastone records, which were created by nearly 60,000 volunteers in the last two years. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
