Salt Lake City-based Moki, the developer of mobile app security software, is releasing a chunk of its code into Open Source, the company said today. According to the company, it is releasing its kiosk application, MokiTouch, via the Apache License 2.0 model. MokiTouch is a mobile app which lets companies deploy tablet devices--either iPads or Android tablets--in kiosks. The company said it is looking to let developers and other businesses help further develop and customize its app.
