Ping Identity Files For IPO
Denver-based Ping Identity, which develops enterprise identity management software, filed for an IPO on Friday, saying that it is looking to raise up to $100M in a public offering on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, as PING. The IPO is being underwritten by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets, Citigroup, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, Raymond James, Stifel, William Blair, Mizuho Securities, and Oppenheimer & Co. Ping's largest backer is private equity investor Vista Equity. The copmany's CEO is Andre Durand.
