Techstars, Blackstone Launch New Student Program, Launchpad Lift
Boulder-based startup accelerator Techstars has teamed up with the Blackstone Charitable Foundation, to launch a new development program aimed at getting more student startups launched into market. According to the two, they've launched a new, 10-week development program called Launchpad Lift, which is aimed at helping student-led ventures succeed. Each student-led venture in the program receives $10,000 in a grant, and access to resources and opportunities to help their ventures succeed, according to the two. The new Launchpad Lift program also pairs students with an assigned, Techstars mentor to help them succeed--while working around their availability and academic schedules.
