e-Courier Software Acquired By Private Equity Investor
Loveland, Colorado-based e-Courier Software, a developer of enterprise software for "last-mile" couriers, has been acquired by private equity investor Alpine SG. Alpine SG is a portfolio company of Alpine Investors V, VI, and VI-A, LP. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. e-Courier Software was founded by Phil Galdo and Bruce Robinson, who remain with the company, and will continue to serve as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Technology Officer. e-Courier's software is used by customers for workforce management and asset tracking for delivery couriers. Alpine SG (ASG) has named Andrea Crane as CEO of the newly acquired company.
