SRS Acquiom Acquired By Lovell Minnick Partners
Denver-based SRS Acquiom, a provider of technology-enabled services for the mergers and acquisition (M&A) market, has been acquired by private equity investor Lovell Minnick Partners, the two said on Tuesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. SRS Acquiom's technology and services are used in the M&A settlement and risk management areas, including shareholder representation, escrow administration, dealing with pre-closing shareholder solicitations, and many other aspects of managing M&A deals. SRS Acquiom says its customers include venture capital firms, private equity firms, and corporate acquirers. SRS Acquiom was founded in 2007 by by Paul Koenig, Mark Vogel and Jason Mendelson.
