Optiv Security Names European Strategy Head
Denver-based security solutions integrator Optiv Security is continuing to expand its expansion efforts in Europe, saying today that it has named Andrzej Kawalec as Director of Strategy and Technology, Europe. Kawalec was most recently Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Strategy and Innovation at Vodafone. He also served at Hewlett Packard (HP), Siemens, Compaq, Currie and Brown, Vistorm and EDS. Optiv said that Kawalec is the final hire in the buildout of its European leadership team. Optiv Security has been building out its international efforts this year, including in Canada and Europe.
