Moki Mobility Acquired By Dura Holdings
Salt Lake City-based mobile device management software developer Moki Mobility has been acquired by Dura Holdings, the companies announced Friday morning. According to Dura Holdings, Moki's headquarters will move to San Antonio, Texas, but the company will continue to have operations in Salt Lake City. Moki's software was used to manage the mass deployment of Android and iOS devices, such as in kiosks at restaurants, retail stores, and hotels. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Moki was founded in 2011, and and was venture backed by Epic Ventures, Pelion Ventures, and Allegis Capital. Dura Holdings is a newly formed holding company which says it is acquiring and operating B2B software companies; Dura is based in San Antonio, Texas.
