GoDaddy Turns To AWS
Scottsdale, Arizona-based cloud services provider GoDaddy will migrate the "vast majority of its infrastructure" to Amazon Web Services, the web services arm of Amazon.com, according to the two this morning. The two said that GoDaddy will use AWS's Amazon Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) for its GoDaddy Domain Appraisals tool, along with other services. Financial details of the deal were not announced.
