Conga, the venture-backed developer of document automation and electronic signature software, said this week that it has acquired
Octiv, a developer of web-based document solutions. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Conga, led by CEO Matthew J. Schilitz, said the deal will expand its document and contract management user base. Conga is backed by Insight Venture Partners. Octive was based in Indianapolis, Indiana; the companies did not say what it plans to do with Octiv's employee base in Indiana.
