Orbit Connects Into Siri
Bountiful, Utah-based Orbit, which develops irrigation products, has joined the world of intelligent assistants, saying today it has added support for Apple HomeKit, letting users control its devices using Siri and the Apple Home App. Orbit said its "B-hyve" line of smart irrigation products can be controlled by the Apple Home app on their iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch or with their voice using Siri. The company said that both its Wi-Fi "Smart Sprinkler" timers and the B-hyve Smart Hose Faucet Timer can be controlled using those Apple devices.
