Ardusat Becomes Because Learning, Expands STEM Experiments
Salt Lake City-based Ardusat, a developer of online learning software for STEM, said on Thursday that it has rebranded itself as Because Learning. Because Learning said the name change comes as it has expanded its curriculum, and has started offering up subscriptions for both educators and consumers. Because Learning said it will offer up hands on experiments and lessons for the K-12 market, which helps students build science, technology, engineering, and math skills. Because Learning said it will continue to offer up its Ardusat Space Program, which uses real data from space experiment to help drive STEM learning activities in the classroom. Because Learning uses things like Arduino embedded computers and sensors as part of those activities. Beyond Learning is led by CEO and Founder Sunny Washington.
