Guild Gets $21M In Series B
Denver-based Guild, a provider of tuition assistance programs for employees, said this week that it has raised $21M in a Series B funding round. The funding was led by Bessemer Ventures, and also included Redpoint Ventures, Harrison Metal, and Cowboy Ventures. The startup, led b CEO Rachel Carlson, says it has now raised $31.5M in total funding. Guild helps such employers as Chipotle, DaVita, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and the Denver Public Schools provide tuition assistance as a corporate benefit to their employees.
