Denver-based SendGrid announced today that it has acquired email marketing automation startup Bizzy. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Bizzy develops email marketing automation software aimed at small-to-medium sized companies. SendGrid said it will use Bizzy's team and software to bring new capabilities to its Marketing Campaigns product.
