Broken Arrow Communications Acquired By Blue Sage Capital
Albuquerque, New Mexico-based Broken Arrow Communications, a provider of services for the installation, modification, construction, and maintenance of wireless communication facilities, has been acquired by private equity investor Blue Sage Capital, in partnership with Private Equity Capital Corporation (PECC). Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the company. Blue Sage Capital is based in Austin, Texas. Broken Arrow installs central office switching facilities, engineers and installs wireless telecommunications equipment and systems including power systems, antenna arrays, stealthing, transmission equipment, microwave radio systems, facility infrastructure, and grounding systems, and also offers up maintenance testing of those same wireless facilities and related equipment.
