Zayo Wins Genomics Customer
Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo Group reported a win with an un-named personal genomics company on the West Coast this morning. Size of the win was not announced. Zayo said the deal included both dark fiber and wavelength connectivity. Zayo said the deal is one of its first major sales in the genomics market, which it says requires substantial bandwidth and infrastructure, due to the vast volumes of data generated in personalized genomics.
