Arrow Electronics Links With OpenStack
Centennial, Colorado-based Arrow Electronics has linked up with the OpenStack Foundation, the grop that helps promote adoption of the OpenStack cloud software. According to Arrow Electronics, it has become a member of the OpenStack as a corporate sponsor-level member. OpenStack said that Arrow is the first distributor to join the OpenStack Foundation. OpenStack is a collection of software which allows any ISP or cloud software to implement their own cloud services stack, similar to Amazon Web Services.
