CityWorks Snags $14.5M For GIS Mapping Tools
Sandy, Utah-based CityWorks (aka Azteca Systems), has reportedly raised $14.5M in growth equity funding. The funding came from Polaris Partners and Blue Cloud Ventures. CityWorks is led by Brian Haslam. CityWorks says it provides more than 650 customers with geographical information systems (GIS) used by public works agencies, large and small communities, water/wastewater/stormwater districts, streets and traffic, parks and recreation, facilities, and other organizations.
