ReadyTalk Opens Arms To Returning Professionals
Denver-based online conferencing and webinar services provider ReadyTalk says it has opened up applications for a professional development and paid internship program, specifically aimed at professionals looking to return to work after taking time off due to life circumstances. According to ReadyTalk, its program--called "Ready to Return", lets professionals who have been out of work for two or more years apply for an paid internship, to help them re-immerse themselves in the workforce. The program is one of several in the region specifically geared towards returning professionals. Scottsdale, Arizona-based GoDaddy announced a similar program last week. ReadyTalk says it has four paid "returnships" which will start in late September, and last for 22 weeks, until February 2017, with full time and part time positions in engineering, marketing, sales and customer care. ReadyTalk also ran the program last year with two positions.
