FullContact Acquires Profoundis, Second Acquisition In A Week
Denver-based contact management and tracking software developer FullContact announced this morning that it has acquired Profoundis, a developer of technology to provide "human-verified" data. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Profoundis, which is based in Kerala, India, was founded in 2012. FullContact said that 70 people in Kerala have joined FullContact as a result of the acquisition. FullContact annnounced the acquisition of Conspire last week.
