Ello Adds Buy Button To Social Networking Site For Creators
Boulder-based Ello said today that it has added a new "Buy Button" feature on its social networking community, specifically to help its members monetize their work and ideas. The service--which lets artists and creators post photos of their work to share with others--said the new feature lets an artist upload an image of the product, click on an icon, and immediately add a link to a seller's site for that item. Ello, led by Todd Berger, is backed by Foundry Ventures, DC Shoes co-founder Damon Way, and others.
