, after the Federal Trade Commission told the firms that it is granting early termination of the waiting period required by the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976. The antitrust review is one of the required regulatory reviews in mergers and acquisitions. Incipio agreed to pay approximately $177M, or $5.75 per share in cash, for Skullcandy, in a deal announced in June.
