StorageCraft Revamps Branding After Private Equity Acquisition
Draper, Utah-based backup and disaster recoery software developer StorageCraft has rolled out a big rebranding, changing both its logo and website, the company said last week. According to the company, the move is part of a move to "aggressively enhance" its reach throughout the world. The rebranding comes as a result of the acquisition of StorageCraft by private equity investor TA Associates in January. TA Associates paid $187M for a majority ownership of StorageCraft.
