Global Healthcare Exchange Buys H-Card
Louisville, Colorado-based cloud-based healthcare supply chain management software developer Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) said today thsat it has acquired H-Card, an Omaha, Nebraska-based developer of automated payment management software which goes by the name Hap-X. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. GHX said the buy is its second acquisition in 19 months. GHX is led by Bruce Johnson. GHX aid Hap-X will continue on as a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
