Door To Door Organics, Relay Foods Merge, Raise $10M
Louisville, Colorado-based Door To Door Organics and fellow organic grocery and food delivery service Relay Foods announced this moring that the two are in a merger agreement. According to the company, they will combine the company under a new brand, which will be disclosed later this year. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed. The two said the merger deal also includes $10M in additional, equity financing, which came from The Arlon Group and existing Relay stockholders.
