DISH Debuts New, Pocket Sized Video Storage Gadget, HopperGO
Englewood, Colorado-based satellite television provider DISH is making it a lot easier to take recorded TV shows and movies on the road, with a new, pocket-sized mobile video drive called the HopperGO, the company said today. DISH said its new, battery-powered device features 64GB, enough to view up to 100 hours of video from its Hopper DVR. The new device--which works in conjunction with the Hopper DVRs--costs $99. The new device lets users view video via their iOS or Android smartphone, via a wireless connection.
