StorageCraft Opens Up Training To Partners
Draper, Utah-based backup software developer StorageCraft says it has opened up access to its training courses to its IT service provider partners, making its "StorageCraft Academy" courses free to those partners. The company had previously charged its partners to access that training material. The company said the move is the first of a number of enhancements to help its channel partners. Although some larger IT software and hardware vendors are able to charge for certification (ie, Cisco, Microsoft), most smaller vendors offer up training for free to its channel to help promote channel sales and distribution.
