Pelion Ventures Backs Enterprise Computing Startup DriveScale
Salt Lake City-based venture investor Pelion Ventures has ventured into another, Silicon Valley startup, this time a company developing products in the enterprise computing infrastructure area. Sunnyvale, California-based DriveScale said yesterday that it raised $15M in a Series A funding, led by Pelion Venture Partners, and also including Nautilus Venture Partners and Ingrasys. Pelion's investment in DriveScale was led by Carl Ledbetter, who joins the company's board as a result of the funding.
