Optiv Security Buys Evantix
Denver-based cybersecurity services provider Optiv Security said Thursday afternoon that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Evantix GRC, a provider of a software-as-a-service offering for third party risk management. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Optiv, which is owned by private equity investor Blackstone, said it will combine the Evantix technology platform with its existing, third party risk services.
