DISH, Sling TV Opens New Software Office At Grand Central Building, To Hire 100
Englewood, Colorado-based satellite TV operator DISH and its streaming television service Sling TV said this morning that the company is opening up a brand new, software development office in Denver, where it hopes to hire 100 for new technology jobs at the location. DISH said the new office will go to support an initiative to expand its in-house, software development capacity. The company explained that the new team will work on its Hopper DVR platform and Sling TV. The new office will be based in the Grand Central Building at 1615 17th Street, and will take 20,000 square feet at that location. DISH already has more than 4,000 employees across the state of Colorado. DISH has been based in Colorado since it was founded back in 1980. DISH has even put up a website to recruit people to the new location.
