Broomfield, Colorado-based Datavail, which provides remote, database administration (DBA) services to companies, has raised $47M in a funding round, according to the company. The funding was led by Catalyst Investors, and also included Tahosa Capital, Lumerity Capital Partners along with Boulder Ventures, Meritage Funds and MC Investment Fund (Montis). As part of the funding, Tyler Newton and Susan Bihler of Catalyst, plus Derek Pilling of Tahosa Capital join the company's board. Datavail is led by Mark Perlstein.
