Photo Stencil Sells Mexican Operations
Colorado Springs-based stencils and tooling provider Photo Stencil--whose products are used by the surface mount technology (SMT) assembly, solar, and semiconductor industries--has sold its Mexican operations to the facility's management team. Financial terms of the sale were not announced. Photo Stencil said the businesss was sold to Francisco Lujano and Armando Berumen, who head up Photo Stencil's business in Guadalajara, Mexico. Photo Stencil said the move comes as it looks to ramp up a new manufacturing plant in Golden.
