Avnet Completes Orchestra Service Acquisition
Phoenix-based Avnet said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of German IT distributor Orchestra Service GmbH. Financial details of that deal have not been announced. Orchestra is headquartered in Munich, Germany, and focuses on storage sales and service for EMC products. The deal had originally been announced on September 30th.
