Constant Contact Acquired For $1.1 Billion
Email marketing software and services company Constant Contact, which has an office in Loveland, Colorado, said today that it is being acquired by Endurance International. The deal is worth worth $1.1 billion, or $32.00 per share in cash. Constant Contact has its main headquarters in Waltham, Mass, but maintains an office in Loveland, which has customer support and other functions; the company's Loveland office was Constant Constant's second office. The two companies did not say how the acquisition would affect Constant Contact's Loveland operations.
