Carvana Further Expand Texas Footprint
Phoenix, Arizona-based online car buying startup Carvana is further expanding its footprint in Texas today, announcing that it has opened up service in San Antonio. The city is the company's fourth in Texas, and its eighth market nationwide. Carvana already offers up its online, car buying services in Houston, Austin, and Dallas. Carvana offers up pre-owned cars, which are certified and made available to users all via an online interface; the company says it can handle everything from searching for a car, purchasing a car, finance, to trade-ins online, and it even delivers those vehicles directly to a consumers' doorstep. The company says it is backed by more than $300M in funding.
