IntelePeer Buys Advantone
IntelePeer Holdings, which has its operations center in Centennial, Colorado, said today that it has acquired Advantone, a provider of technology services to the interactive voice response and call center market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. IntelePeer said the buy will help it become a "one-stop shop" for contact center management and business communications services. Advantone was based in Plantation, Florida; IntelePeer has its corporate headquarters in San Mateo, California.
