Wayin Takes $15.4M More For Social Marketing Software
Denver-based marketing software developer Wayin has raised $15.4M in an investment round, the company said Friday morning, from Dave Duffield the founder of PeopleSoft and co-founder and Chairman of Workday, along with Hasso Plattner (SAP), U.S. Venture Partners, and Sun Microsystems founder Scott McNealy. McNealy is also the founder and CEO of Wayin. Wayin said the new funding will go towards funding further development of the company's software. WayIn has now raised somewhere around $50M in funding in total. Wayin says its customers now include the Denver Broncos, Dunkin Donuts, The Weather Channel, MLB, Logitech and Walgreens.
