Denver Startup Week Kicks Off Monday
Denver Startup Week, the weeklong celebration of Denver's startup community, is kicking off on Monday, September 28th, and runs through October 2nd, the organizers said today. The program this year features more than 215 programs, including a kick-off breakfast, workshops, mentor hours, networking, and more. This year's program is being led by Tami Door of the Downtown Denver Partnership, Erik Mitisek of the Colorado Technology Association, and Ben Deda of Galvanize. Among the more interesting events on the long list include a startup job fair on Tuesday; a session on helping military veterans connect with local startups; a "pitch off" from TechCrunch at Galvanize; and a "Startup Farmers Market" featuring local food startups.
