MasteryConnect Finds $5M From Mark Zuckerberg And Wife
Salt Lake City-based MasteryConnect, which develops K-12 educational software, has scored a $5M funding and investment from Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, and his wife, Priscilla Chan. MasteryConnect said Zuckerberg's investment came as part of an extension of the company's recent $15.2M, Series B funding round. MasteryConnect said the funding will go towards growth and increasing the reach of its platfor. The company has now raised $29M in total.
