Coalfire Names New CEO
Louisville, Colorado-based Coalfire said Tuesday that it has named a new CEO, filling a position that had been suddenly opened by the untimely death of former CEO Rick Dakin. Coalfire said that Chairman Larry Jones--who already had been installed temporarily as CEO after Dakin's death--will continue on permanently as CEO, in addition to his position as Chairman. Jones has been on Coalfire's board since 2011. Coalfire is a developer of risk management and compliance software, used for cybersecurity risk management. Jones has previously served at such companies as StarTek, MessageMedia, and Neodata.
