Evolution Digital Acquires i-Velozity
Centennial, Colorado-based Evolution Digital, a developer of set-top boxes, said this morning that it hass acquired i-Velozity, a developer of video-on-demand (VOD) devices. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Evolution said that i-Velozity's devices help cable companies and telcos to offer new services. i-Velozity was based in Chicago, and has its engineering staff in India.
