Signal Peak Ventures Gets $59.6M For Fund II
Salt Lake City-based venture investor Signal Peak Ventures has scored $59.6M in total funding commitments for its second fund, Signal Peak Ventures II, according to a recent regulatory filing by the firm. The venture investor--which has been raising a $150M fund--has not announced any details on that fund or limited partners, and is still in fundraising mode. Signal Peak is an investor in companies like eFileCabinet, LingoTek, Infusionsoft, C7, iTok and many other local startups. The fund is led by Ron Heinz, Scott Petty, and Brandon Tidwell.
