Shopventory Buys Otterology.com
Denver-based Shopventory, a developer of cloud-based software that helps retailers manage and track their inventory, said Wednesday that it has acquired Otterology.com. Otterology, which is based in Minneapolis, offered up an inventory management and tracking system for users of Square. Financial terms of the asset acquisition were not announced. Both companies serve the SMB market. Shopventory is led by Dave Carlson.
